Once you've accumulated reward points through our GCTN Rewards system, it's time to reap the benefits! Here's a simple guide on how to redeem your hard-earned points:
Visit the Rewards menu on the GCTN app or website.
Click on "Redeem" and select the desired redemption option (GCTN Wallet, Airtime, Data, Electricity, Betting Wallet, etc)
Choose the amount of reward points you want to redeem. (Minimum 1,000 points for Nigerian users, 10,000 points for Ghanaian users)
Confirm your redemption request.
Voila! Your redeemed value will be credited directly to your wallet or applied as bill payment.
Please Note:
For Nigerian users, 1 point = 0.1 Naira. For example, redeeming 1,000 points will give you 100 Naira.
For Ghanaian users, 1 point = 0.001 Cedis. For example, redeeming 10,000 points will give you 10 Cedis.
